Join us for a relaxing day on our organic farm, commencing 8:00am at Maison de Tet Decor followed by a 45 minute transfer to our organic farm in Dai Lai. Karen Gay, M.S. is an Integrative Holistic Health Practitioner. Based in Hanoi, Karen has been facilitating her clients in her private practice for nearly a decade and works internationally with top spas and wellness centers in Asia as a visiting master and workshop facilitator.
Karen combines her knowledge of the physical body with her extensive understanding of the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies and from this awareness she offers her clients individualized, holistic experiences that restore harmony and nurture the soul.
In her private healing sessions Karen employs modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki to allow deep transformations to take place. She is a Oneness Deeksha Giver as well as a Munay-Ki Rites practitioner and transmits these healing energies as called to do so. As a physical education specialist, Karen also designs programs for aerobic and strength conditioning, and facilitates the mind-body connection with the use of Pilates and Qi Gong.

Writing and Yoga – Unleash Your Creativity
Do you want to cultivate a joy-filled creative life? Writing and yoga are both paths to self-discovery and well-being. When these two transformative practices are combined, we quickly boost our creative energy and unleash inspiration. We are able to write from a deeper consciousness and higher awareness.
Practicing gentle yoga stimulates the creative mind by opening up and directing the flow of energy through the body, unlocking channels of inspiration. Each pose helps to release limitless thoughts, remove writer’s block, create new perspectives and unleash creative possibilities.
Fear can block creativity. Yoga fosters self expression and teaches us to release self-doubt and insecurity. We learn to trust ourselves and let go of our inner critic. Cultivating stillness allows us to hear our inner voice and write from a deeper consciousness.

Gabriela Brisolla is a young Holistic Therapist. Based in Hanoi, at 23, Gabi has been practicing private Reiki and Flower Therapy (FSG) sessions for the past year.
